We hope you love your purchase but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you wish to make a return, please read our policy below.
Return Requirements (please read fully before contacting us):
- - Full-priced clothing purchases may be returned to Stormy Brooke Designs within 7 days from the date of delivery for store credit ONLY (it is just like cash and never expires!)
- - The package MUST BE POSTMARKED within 7 days from the delivery date or from the date the order is ready for in-store pick up.
- - If items are returned worn, with a heavy odor such as smoke, with makeup or deodorant on them, damaged or beyond the 7 day return period, we have the right to refuse to issue a store credit and you will be invoiced for shipping to have the items returned to you.
- - Any discounted item, jewelry and other accessories, intimate items, and gift cards are FINAL SALE. It any of these items are sent back, we will refuse the item and the customer will be invoiced for shipping to have the items returned to them.
- - Due to a high volume of orders with quick moving inventory, we offer store credit only, and do not offer exchanges.
- - Holiday items (shirts, scarves, bag, jewelry, etc...) are not eligible for return or exchange after 14 days PRIOR to the particular holiday.
If your return meets ALL requirements, please send an email to email@example.com with the following info:
- -Item(s) being returned
- -Date received (we can also check the tracking if you are unsure)
- -Reason returning
- - After receiving a return authorization number from us, please send your item(s) to us at the following address and include your name and return authorization number in the package. The customer is responsible for all return shipping. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
- - Stormy Brooke Designs is not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments. If an item is lost, please contact your local USPS for assistance in locating your lost item. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect, invalid or incomplete shipping address and you would like the package to be shipped back to you with a valid or correct address, there will be an additional $5.00 handling fee plus shipping charge. If you decide that you want to cancel the order, you will only be issued store credit back for the amount of the items minus a $5.00 handling fee and the shipping cost ($12.00 max).
- - Once your return has been received you will receive a store credit within 3 business days for the amount you paid for the items. If you received FREE SHIPPING on your order your credit will be for the amount you paid minus the amount it cost us to ship the item to you (max of $12.00).
- - If you processed your payment through Sezzle, a 10% return fee will be deducted from your credit total.
- - If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot reverse any orders that have already been processed or sent into production.
- - If you have checked out using a payment method by mistake, contact us within an hour. We will refund minus 20% of the order total. This is due to our merchant & platform non-refund policy, which we have to carry on to our customers.
